Extensions
Keratin bonds, tapes, wefts or nano beads? Choosing your extensions
· 1 min read

A plain-English guide to the main hair extension methods and what each one is best for.
There's no single best type of extension. The right method depends on your natural hair, your lifestyle and the result you want. Here's a quick overview of the methods we work with.
Keratin bonds
Small strands attached with keratin bonds. They move very naturally and are great if you like to wear your hair up, because each bond is tiny and discreet.
Tape extensions
Thin, flat panels that sit close to the scalp. They lie flat and are comfortable, which makes them popular for adding volume to finer hair.
Weft extensions
A continuous row of hair attached along a section of your own. Wefts are a lovely way to add a lot of fullness and length.
Nano beads
Tiny beads clamp each strand in place with no glue or heat. They're very small, lightweight and easy to adjust.
